About hereto
Giuseppe Marenzi and his wife Alessandra Diana founded Herno in 1948, on the shores of Lake Maggiore. The region, with its rivers, lakes, and mist, demanded coats that truly protected. That became the brand's obsession: outerwear that feels like a second skin while keeping the elements out.
Today, Claudio Marenzi, son of the founder, leads the family business. The values remain unchanged: innovation in materials and technology, without losing sight of functionality. Wool, cashmere, and cotton of the highest quality, waterproof and breathable, processed into jackets with a perfect Italian fit.
The brand is named after the river that flowed beneath the factory. That story is still visible in every piece.
