BONTONI'S HERITAGE
From a small basement in his home, Guido Gazzani worked for hours hand-sewing shoes for other local manufacturers. In 1958, Guido made custom shoes for members of the local nobility and merchants. Bontoni represents one of the last remaining established, in-home (“casa e bottega”), family artisan workshops in all of Italy.
